OUR COMPANY

Greystone Project Management Inc. was established in April 1995 to serve the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors of the construction industry in Muskoka and surrounding areas. Greystone Custom Builders Inc. became an active division to specialize in custom built homes and cottages. Patrick Dubé, P. Eng., the President of Greystone, is actively involved in all projects and is committed to upholding the highest standards in engineering and construction practices.
	Greystone Project Management Inc. has specialized in commercial projects that are challenging and difficult. We are experienced in industrial work with its difficult scheduling, fast time lines and other inherent problems. We are comfortable in a variety of roles. Clients have chosen to hire us as General Contractors, Project managers or in a "Design-Build" role. Our company is very experienced in the design-build contract engagement, where the client has the benefit of single source responsibility for both design and construction. We are a fully bonded general contracting company; we have experience with a wide variety of materials and techniques; we stay on top of new trends and technologies; we utilize CAD (Computer Aided Drafting).

Greystone Custom Builders Inc. brings all the same advantages to the homeowner market. Our reputation is built on custom homes and cottages with a strong focus on traditional architecture and period details. We are interested in the conservation of authentic Muskoka architecture and are experienced in the full development of shoreline properties. We are able to deliver the complete package: cottage/home, boathouse, dock and fully landscaped property. Our firm will provide a fixed price and guarantee a completion date.
